1. Before the parcel leaves

You may request a full cancellation or address correction through Track & Support while the order is still at our desk. Confirmed prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. After hand-off to courier

Once a seed order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Use the Packet Integrity & Returns Desk if the delivery itself is defective.

3. Line-item edits

We do not remove individual SKUs from a confirmed basket. Cancel the whole order before dispatch, then place a fresh order with the revised selection.
