These Terms of Trade govern browsing, account creation, and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds — vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets intended for planting placed through this website.

2. Acceptance

Using the site, verifying an email account, or confirming an order means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

3. What we sell

Our catalogue is limited to sowing-grade seed packets under HSN 1209. Macro photographs and titles describe the variety and typical packet presentation. Natural variation in seed colour, size, and seasonal supply is expected.

• Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size shown on each product page.
• Inventory can change when a sowing window closes or a lot sells through.
• Packet weights and approximate seed counts follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing stock.

4. Who may buy

Orders require an email-verified customer account. Buyers must be at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian must place the order on their behalf.

5. Payment & confirmation

• An order becomes binding when prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
• We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) where the pin code is serviceable.
• Any COD handling fee is shown before you confirm the order.

6. Living stock disclaimer

Seeds are living material. Germination depends on storage after delivery, sowing practice, soil, water, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier pouches and cannot promise identical field results for every garden or season.

7. Law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Mumbai, Maharashtra shall hear disputes arising from this storefront.
